So, gestern hat die schwarz-wei\u00dfe Katze nachgesehen, ob wir noch da sind, heute pr\u00fcft die rote, ob wir denn jetzt auch wirklich gehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Okay, yesterday the black and white cat checked whether we were still around, today the red one makes sure that we really leave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Torben schaut auch schon ganz traurig …<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir haben das Bett abgezogen und alles sauber gemacht … ab gehts!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We stripped the bed and cleaned everything up \u2026 off we go!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir sind nach G\u00f6teborg gefahren. Mit der Stena Scandinavica werden wir \u00fcber Nacht nach Kiel fahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We drove to Gothenburg. With the Stena Scandinavica we will travel to Kiel over night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aber noch ist es zu fr\u00fch, an Bord zu gehen. Also geht es zuerst nach Eriksberg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But it is still too early for going on board. So first we go to Eriksberg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hm \u2026 und was machen wir da?
Well … and what shall we do there?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir sind ja nicht ohne Grund da. Wir wollten die G\u00f6theborg sehen (mit \u201eH\u201c).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a reason why we are here. We want to see the G\u00f6theborg (with \u201cH\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Da sind Leute an Bord \u2013 wunderbar, wir wollen das Schiff auch besichtigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are people on board \u2013 great, we also want to visit the ship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Doch angekommen bei der Svenska Ostindiska Companiet haben wir erfahren: das wird nichts … es gibt nur zu bestimmten Zeiten F\u00fchrungen, und die n\u00e4chste ist f\u00fcr uns zu sp\u00e4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But once we got to the Svenska Ostindiska Companiet we found out: no can do \u2026 there are only guided tours at certain times of the day, and the next one will be too late for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also fahren wir weiter. Wir sind ein St\u00fcck weiter nach Norden, an die K\u00fcste, zum Jachthafen Bj\u00f6rlanda Kile. Wir wollten irgendwo etwas essen. Viel gab es aber nicht … nur das Pad Thai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So we drive on. We went a bit further up North, to the coast, to the marina Bj\u00f6rlanda Kile. We wanted to get something to eat. There was not much to be had though \u2026 only the Pad Thai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was f\u00fcr eine gute Entscheidung, es war superlecker!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What a good decision, it was delicious!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, auf dem Weg zur\u00fcck nach S\u00fcden haben wir noch einen Abstecher auf das Inselchen Langholmen gemacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Okay, on the way back South we took a detour to the little island of Langholmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au\u00dfer Sommerh\u00e4usern und sch\u00f6nen Felsen gibt es nicht viel zu sehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apart from summer houses and pretty rocks there is not much to see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vor allem, weil dann starker Regen eingesetzt hat. Naja, bis zur\u00fcck nach G\u00f6teborg ist es ja nicht weit. Oder? Kommt drauf an, wen man fragt … 😊<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Especially because then heavy rain started. Oh well, it is not far back to Gothenburg. Or is it? Depends on who you ask \u2026 😊<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir haben unsere F\u00e4hre auch gefunden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And we did find our ferry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Da haben wir in guter Gesellschaft geparkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There we found a parking spot in respectable society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Und dann haben wir unsere Luxus-Suite bezogen 😊<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And then we took over our luxury suite 😊<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So much space!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Als es gerade mal nicht regnet, sind wir an Deck. Da liegt die G\u00f6theborg!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When it stopped raining for a bit, we went up on deck. There lies the G\u00f6theborg!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir mussten durch tiefe Pf\u00fctzen waten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We had to walk through deep puddles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In einer davon haben wir sie gefunden. (Wir haben sie wieder trocken gekriegt und dann ist sie weiter geflogen.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In one of them we found this little one. (We got it dry again and then it flew off.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir sind wieder unter der Br\u00fccke durchgefahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We once again passed under the bridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wieder vorbei an all den netten Inselchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once again past all those nice little islands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aber es bleibt nicht lange trocken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But it does not stay dry for long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bis zum n\u00e4chsten Morgen hat es heftig gest\u00fcrmt \u2013 das hat man deutlich gesp\u00fcrt. Morgens bin ich an Deck und wollte ein paar Fotos machen, da hat es mich fast von der F\u00e4hre geweht und gesch\u00fcttet hat es au\u00dferdem … also sind wir einfach nur in Kiel von Bord und nach Bremen gefahren. Und dann waren wir schon wieder zu Hause \u2026 Bis zum n\u00e4chsten Urlaub!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Until next morning there was quite a storm \u2013 you could feel it markedly. Bright and early I went up on deck to take a few photos, when it almost blew me off the ferry, and the rain was pouring \u2026 so we simply drove off the ship in Kiel and then to Bremen.
