Kaum sind wir bei Mailand gelandet und wollen den Zug in die Stadt nehmen, sto\u00dfen wir schon auf die ersten Skulpturen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No sooner have we landed near Milan and want to take the train into the city, when we already stumble across the first sculptures:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Und, ja, die hat T\u00e4ttowierungen. Der K\u00fcnstler Fabio Viale erschafft diese Marmor-Sch\u00f6nheiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And, yes, it has tattoos. The artist Fabio Viale creates these marble beauties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Doch dann kam unser Zug, wir sind rein nach Mailand, zum Hauptbahnhof. Der sieht ziemlich beeindruckend aus, wenn auch etwas bombastisch … naja, den sehen wir uns genau an, wenn wir kein Gep\u00e4ck dabei haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But then our train came, we rode into Milan, to the main station. It looks quite impressive, if a bit bombastic \u2026 oh well, we will take a closer look when we are not carrying all our luggage around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir haben die Adresse f\u00fcr unsere Ferienwohnung gefunden. Vor Ort haben wir auf die Videos zur\u00fcckgegriffen, die der Vermieter geschickt hatte. Sonst h\u00e4tten wir nie die Schl\u00fcssel gefunden und danach gewusst, durch welche drei Tore wir m\u00fcssten …<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We found the address of our vacation apartment. On site we then relied on the videos that the owner had sent us. Otherwise we would never have found the keys and then known through which three gates we had to go \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dann kam nur noch die letzte T\u00fcr …<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then all was left was the last door \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Wohnung ist nett! Sehr ger\u00e4umig, mit vielen Spiegeln in der K\u00fcche …<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The apartment is nice! Very spacious, with many mirrors in the kitchen \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au\u00dfer Spiegeln mag der Besitzer wohl Kunst und alte Schl\u00f6sser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apart from mirrors, the owner seems to like art and old locks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir haben schnell ausgepackt, dann sind wir die Stra\u00dfe runter. Da gibt es eine alte Schleuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We unpacked quickly, then we walked down the street. There is an old watergate there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Und daneben Tische eines Restaurants, also essen wir jetzt zu Abend. Tsch\u00fc\u00df!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And next to it, tables of a restaurant. So we will now have supper. Bye bye!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
