Leider haben wir gerade erfahren, dass der Sturmvogel, den wir am 17. Januar gefunden hatten, doch gestorben ist. Sabrina ist sich nicht sicher, woran, vielleicht war er einfach zu alt … In der lokalen Zeitung gibt es einen Artikel dazu, der aber so klingt, als ob Plastik die Todesursache war, das ist so nicht ganz richtig … aber falls Ihr mal schauen wollt:
Unfortunately we just found out that the giant petrel that we had found January 17, did die after all. Sabrina is not quite sure what the cause was, maybe the bird was just too old … In the local newspaper there is an article to be found, but that sounds as if plastics was the cause of death, that is not quite right … but in case you want to have a look:
