So, heute ist das Wetter zwar nicht prachtvoll, aber es ist trotz all der Wolken, die immer wieder den Himmel verdunkeln, trocken. Also wollen wir heute einen zweiten Versuch wagen, uns Göteborg ein bisschen genauer anzusehen.
Okay, today the weather is not really spectacular, but at least it is dry, even though there are all these clouds that keep darkening the sky. So today we want to once more try to take a bit of a closer look at Gothenburg.

Die streiten sich nicht um ein Eis, nehme ich an. Wir sind einfach losgelaufen und haben uns umgesehen. Dieses Wandrelief fanden wir sehr spannend, haben aber leider keine weitere Informationen dazu finden können … weder vor Ort noch bei Google. ☹

Ich hatte ja schon erwähnt, dass es in Göteborg viele bemalte Bauzäune zu sehen gibt. Hier haben wir jetzt eine Künstlerin in Aktion gesehen. Auch toll: In den Bretterwänden sind immer mal Gucklöcher vorgesehen, durch die man auf die Baustelle sehen kann (links von Torben gut zu erkennen).
I did mention before that in Gothenburg you can see lots of painted hoardings. Here now we got to watch an artist in action. Also great: Here and there, peepholes are set up in the construction fences, through which you can look at the building site (to the left of Torben you can nicely see one).

There are nice paintings of flowers, some that remind you of comic strips, funny stuff …

We walked on along the harbour. Past the “lipstick”.
Wir haben den Zerstörer HMS Småland entdeckt und erfahren, dass er Teil des Maritiman Museum ist.
We discovered the destroyer HMS Småland, and found out that it is part of the Maritiman Museum.
Da kann man den Zerstörer, ein U-Boot und einige andere Schiffe besichtigen. – Nächstes Mal machen wir das!
There you can visit the destroyer, a submarine and several other ships. – Next time we will do that!
Viele schöne Gebäude haben wir gesehen, wie wir da durch die Stadt gelaufen und gelaufen sind.

Hoch zur Skansen Kronan, was „Schanze Krone“ bedeutet. Man siehe die Krone oben auf dem Dach. Von der ursprünglichen Festungsanlage ist leider nur noch der achteckige Turm erhalten.

Rundum hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Hier zum Beispiel sieht man in der Ferne das Stadion. Da sind wir heute irgendwann mal losgelaufen!
All around you have a great view across the city. Here for example you can see the stadium in the distance. That is where we started walking today, ages ago!
Und jetzt wollen wir tatsächlich noch ein Stück weiter in die andere Richtung: Diese Kirche sieht einfach zu schön aus.
And now we want to walk on for a bit in the other direction, in fact: This church looks just too pretty.
Die Oscar Fredrik Kirche war aber leider schon zu. Schade … Zwischen 1889 und 1893 wurde sie gebaut, benannt nach König Oscar II. – Auch was für nächstes Mal.

Wir sind dann allmählich wieder zum Auto gelaufen. Vorbei an einem schönen Bibliotheksgebäude …

… zurück zum Stadion. Wo wir dieses Mal von der anderen Seite kamen und etwas Neues entdeckt haben: Der anonyme Straßenkünstler Hellstrom hat dies in der Nacht vor Freitag dem 15.07.2022 gemalt. Der Text ist aus einem Lied von Håkan Hellström: „Ich weiß nicht, wer ich bin – aber ich weiß, ich bin Dein“.
