Heute ging es also zum Mount Taranaki, einem der Vulkane auf der Nord-Insel.
So today we went to see Mount Taranaki, one of the volcanoes on the North Island.
Dieses Foto haben wir unterwegs gemacht. Wie man sieht, tauchen schon die ersten zarten Wolken auf. Aber als wir dann am Berg ankamen, sah er so aus:

Aber wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen und sonnigen Tag!
But we had a nice and sunny day, nonetheless!
Wir haben eine nette Wanderung am Berg gemacht, mal wieder durch einen „Märchenwald“.
We did a nice little hike on the mountain, once again through an „enchanted forest“.
Und hier und da hat sich der Vulkan auch ein bisschen gezeigt.

Da, wo wir gegangen sind, war es wunderbar warm und sonnig, so konnten wir hübsche Blumen genießen und tolle Spinnen entdecken.
Where we walked, it was wonderfully warm and sunny, so we could enjoy the pretty flowers and discover fantastic spiders.
Vögel haben wir auch gesehen, den kleinen Brillenvogel …
