Ostern steht vor der Tür, und die paar freien Tage wollen wir nutzen. Also ging es am frühen Nachmittag von der Arbeit direkt los in die Niederlande.
Easter is just around the corner, and we want to make good use of the few days off. So in the early afternoon we left work to drive straight to the Netherlands.
Nach sechs waren wir dann endlich in Utrecht in unserem Hotelzimmer im The Anthony Hotel.
After six we were finally in Utrecht in our hotel room in The Anthony Hotel.

Wir sind dann gleich nochmal los, uns ein wenig umsehen. Hier gibt es ja überall viel Wasser, von daher auch viele Schiffe …
And we left again right away, to take a look around. There is lots of water everywhere here, so of course also lots of ships …
Und über all das Wasser auch schöne Brücken …
And across all those waters also nice bridges …
Aber hier und da ist uns auch die Raumfahrt begegnet.
But here and there we also ran into space flight.
Auch wie wir wieder im Hotel waren, in der Bar.

Übrigens, das Hotel war früher ein Kloster.
By the way, the hotel used to be a monastery.
In der kleinen Kapelle ist jetzt ein Tagungsraum eingerichtet.
In the little chapel they now have a conference room set up.
Aber wir sind in der Bar geblieben … ein Glas Rotwein … und dann noch ein „Nachtisch“ …
But we stayed in the bar … a glass of red wine … and then a bit of a “dessert” …
