Heute sind wir als erstes zum Gelände der EXPO 92 gefahren.
Today we first of all drove to the area of the EXPO 92.
Da steht zum Beispiel ein Modell der Ariane 4 in Originalgröße.

An vielen Ecken hat man das Gefühl, dass hier alles langsam verrotten darf.

Der Pavillon von Marokko sah toll aus (da wollen wir morgen hin!).

Und der von Ungarn!

Hier und da liefen auch die Wasserspiele noch.
Here and there the water fountains were working.
Und zu essen gab es auch etwas!
And you could also eat something!
Sogar zum Mitnehmen.
Even as take-away.
Unser nächster Stop war dann Cádiz.
Our next stop then was Cádiz.
Er hier hat uns von einem Kreisverkehr begrüßt.
This one here greeted us from a roundabout.
Wir haben lecker gegessen und waren dann kurz in der Post (hier die Decke!).
We had a delicious meal and then stopped over at the post office (here the ceiling!).
Und hier die Treppe!

Wir sind an der Küstenpromenade entlang …
We walked along the coast promenade …
… und haben die Kathedrale von außen bewundert. (und ja, da liegt ein Würfel herum! 😊)
… and admired the cathedral from the outside. (and yes, there is a die lying around! 😊)
Die Skulptur heißt Las Cigarreras.

Und dann sind wir weitergefahren, bis kurz vor Tarifa.
And then we traveled on, until shortly before Tarifa.
Wir wurden hoheitlich empfangen.
We were received royally.
Wir sind schnell in unseren Bungalow gezogen.
We quickly moved into our bungalow.
Und dann sind wir noch kurz an den Strand.
And then we walked down to the beach for a bit.
Ja, es war windig!
Yes, it was windy!
Leider war es schon sehr dunkel, als wir den Strandläufer gesehen haben.
Unfortunately it was already quite dark when we spotted the sandpiper.
