So, wir sind zur Abwechslung a) nicht weit gereist und b) zu dritt: Mit Melanie wollten wir uns den Mittelaltermarkt in Bassum ansehen, und es hat sich gelohnt!
Okay, so for a change we a) did not travel far and b) were in a threesome: With Melanie we wanted to check out the medieval market in Bassum, and it was well worth it!

Gleich als erstes durften wir Äxte werfen!

Und ja, wir haben auch mal getroffen!
And yes, we did manage some hits!
Es gibt unheimlich viel zu sehen, auch mittelalterliche Handwerkskunst.
There is so much to see, also medieval craftsmanship.
Doch wir sind schon wieder bei der Kriegskunst gelandet!
But we once again ended up with the art of warfare!
Mit ganz viel Konzentration …
With a lot of concentration …
… dann den Pfeil loslassen …
… then let go of the arrow …
… und natürlich treffen!
… and then hit the target of course!
Nicht nur das Bogenschießen hat viel Spaß gemacht! Auch die tollen Verkleidungen, die unterwegs waren, haben uns begeistert!
Not only the shooting with bow and arrow was a lot of fun! We also very much enjoyed seeing all the great costumes that were about!
Nur leider fing es sehr bald zu schütten an … also müssen wir nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. – Gelle, Melanie?
