Ja, der letzte Tag brach an … eine schöne, lange Reise kommt zu ihrem Ende … Wir haben morgens die letzten Sachen gepackt – und auch ein paar zurückgelassen.
Yes, the last day started … a wonderful, long journey comes to an end … We packed the last few things in the morning – and also left a few behind.
Und dann haben wir uns auf den Weg gemacht. Da wir früh genug dran waren, und da es ziemlich auf dem Weg lag, sind wir noch beim Nitobe Memorial Garden, einem japanischen Garten, vorbeigefahren.
And then we got on our way. Since we still had a lot of time, and since it was pretty much on our way, we stopped at the Nitobe Memorial Garden, a Japanese garden.
Außerhalb des Gartens haben wir die „Pacific Bell“ gefunden, die in diesem Häuschen hängt, das sich „Bell Tower“ (also Glockenturm) nennt.
Outside of the garden, we found the „Pacific Bell“, which hangs in this little hut, which calls itself „Bell Tower“.
Noch mal ein Stückchen weiter sind wir auf die nächste Glocke gestoßen:

Und dann sind wir wirklich zum Flughafen gefahren. Mit einem kleinen Stop: Da war ein „Viewing Point“, und ich musste natürlich gucken, ob sich der Ausblick lohnt, trotz Wolken und diesigem Wetter. – Und morgens hatte ich noch wehmütig gedacht, dass ich ja zu gerne noch einmal einen Adler sehen würde … und da war er, ganz wunderbar:
And then we really drove to the airport. With one short stop: There was a „viewing point“, and of course I had to take a look whether the view was worth it, even though it was cloudy and misty weather. – And in the morning I had wistfully thought, that I would so love to see one more eagle … and there it was, just beautiful:
Aber dann: Flughafen!
But then: Airport!
